Our exchange policy lasts for 5 days for damaged or defective products. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon arrival. In the event that you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please let us know within 5 days of receipt. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@vedicsmudge.com with the subject line: “Damaged.”
