Our Exchange policy last 5 days.  For damaged or defective products. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon arrival. In the event that you receive damaged or defective merchandise let us know within 5 days of receipt. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@vedicsmudge.com with the subject: Damaged.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
